The team at Sooki & Mimi has been surprising and delighting guests since it opened in February of last year. Both our culinary and beverage programs create fresh, inventive, and craveable offerings, and the dining room surrounds everyone with rich textures and natural elements that contribute to an energy that is at once vibrant and serene. We are a full-service, in-person restaurant that is pushing the edge of what a restaurant experience should be - for our guests and our team. Major Responsibilities

• Supporting the teams that make and serve craft food, beverage & hospitality to our community.
• Hosting, wait assisting, barbacking, running food
• Working as a team to execute intentional service.
• Working as a team to create a safe, welcoming environment for all who come in our doors.
• Collaborating with team members on a variety of pertinent subjects with a commitment to compassion, well-being & growth.

What we are looking for:

• 1+ years retail, restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• A desire to work on a collaborative team that shares power, responsibility and decisions
• Open-minded, patient, and hospitable
• Top notch explainer, communicator
• Naturally curious and open to possibilities
• Enjoys change (& new opportunities for growth and development)
• Sees conflict as a source of creativity, is able to commit to identifying and resolving conflict
• Able to lift 50lbs, work 8 hours at a time on feet
