Equity Staffing Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join one of our Oil and Gas clients in the Wayne, NJ area! They are eager to identify candidates with ERP Knowledge JDE/SAP and fluency in English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Job Description:
Responsible for the daily operation activity that involves the order process from order creation until order delivery confirmed. This role will interface with US and Mexico Logistics, Planning, Customer Service, Customs Broker among others within Supply Chain.

Key Accountabilities:
- Assurance of Order Management Process.
- Monitors monthly entry of orders and upon receiving: review quantities, plant allocation, flags all issues.
- Monitors all invoicing of orders, report volume delivery progress and follow up with all involved parties.
- Research issues and responds with solutions regarding deliveries/sales orders from customers.
- Run daily reports from JDE and SAP, provide reports to customs broker and Mexican carriers.
- Daily coordination with Custom Broker and carriers to follow crossing process and guide prioritization, perform daily calls with Mexico carries to review status of the orders and confirm arrival to customer and PODs recollections for POD closing.

Requirements:
- ERP Knowledge JDE/SAP
- Fluent in English and Spanish

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
