Our client is a global industrial and consumer products manufacturer.
We are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant with a clerical background in SAP. Someone with basic knowledge of reconciling invoice vs amount received on PO (reaching out to suppliers for POD’s) working with the supplier or warehouse as needed to get the PO & invoice reconciled. They will also need some knowledge of basic computer skills, Excel spreadsheets, and uploading files into folders. The fundamental SAP transaction.
Supply Chain Assistant Job Description:
1. Check pricing issues and chase them until fixed
2. Check credit holds
3. Take care of C/O A’s & Bills of lading
4. Print Batch sheets
5. MUST have SAP experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
