JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Analyst

REPORTS TO: Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Analyst handles supply chain tracking for key customer programs, identifies gaps and risks in process and resolves them using continuous improvement techniques. This position interacts with stakeholders throughout the company and will collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager on execution of continuous improvement projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as key point of contact for cross-functional teams regarding DTC programs, events, and retail fulfillment
  • Assist in program development and continuous improvement efforts
  • Provide overall status updates for DTC stakeholders
  • Work with Operations to track DTC product End to End from PO placement to binning at the warehouse.
  • Lead efforts to correct exceptions in the supply chain and communicate status to stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years’ experience working in a supply chain role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, related field, (relevant experience will be considered as substitute)
  • Professional, yet personable demeanor, friendly presence and helpful attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills: abstract thinking encouraged.
  • Work responsibly with or without direct supervision.
  • Ability to resolve stakeholder concerns and vendor issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; use hands to manipulate keyboard.
