Job Summary:Manage all administrative tasks relative to the Supply Chain and Industrialization teams. Handles all matters relating to key customer audits, programs, departmental training, corporate communications & processes, improvement projects, metrics, and other administrative tasks.
Essential Job Duties:
- Directly coordinate and manage OEM relationships (Boeing, Airbus, etc.).
- The contact for HAECO corporate procurement based in Hong Kong.
- The role encompasses Supply Chain Internal Audit and Standards
- This individual will develop, document, and implement all Supply Chain processes and standards in alignment with internal, customer, Boeing, Airbus, and any regulatory body requirements
- Compose departmental policies and dossiers for OEMs
- Develop, maintain, and automate department metrics as well as metrics for internal supplier departments and external suppliers
- Develop and administer training to necessary departments, including the Supply Chain department
- This individual will be the focal point for managing all internal audits to Internal, Corporate, Customer, Boeing, Airbus, and other regulatory bodies
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of procurement basics, ethical business conduct, legal and contractual principles. Protect HAECO’s supplier and customer proprietary data by complying with company policies, procedures, and accepted business practices
- Foster increased productivity and advancement opportunities by personal commitment to professional development and by practicing continuous improvement of processes
- Will partner with teams to assist with projects charter, benefits, and resource requirements. Serve as an active participant in business unit productivity gate reviews ensuring required cross-functional resources are allocated to execute projects as outlined
- Must be available to work evenings (as needed) to support meetings with the corporate office in Hong Kong and other overseas supplier meetings.

Job Qualifications: Minimum:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Supply Chain
- Highly skilled in MS Office software applications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work and accurately perform duties
- Must have independent problem-solving skills and the discipline to persevere until problems are solved
- Willingness to continue personal growth and development.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Six Sigma training
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Normal office environment where approximately 80% of work is performed in a sitting position with the remaining time walking and moving around the office, stores, and manufacturing areas.
- Filing duties require typical bending, stooping, reaching, stretching, etc.
- Normal mental and visual attention along with manual coordination for keyboard operations is necessary approximately 80% of the time.
- Normal or corrected hearing and vision are required.
- Must be able to lift and carry 15 lbs.
- Must be able to work assigned schedule with minimal absences.
