Job description
As a Subscription Services Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer demand for Converge Technology Solution Corp. subscription based service offerings. Your day-to-day will consist of working with sellers in your assigned region, understanding and partnering with Microsoft, GCP, Cisco and other end user platforms on their licensing and solutions stacks, while working with your peers to drive overall success of the Digital Workplace practice at Converge.
For this position, we are specifically looking for an individual who is experienced with the following:
- Engaging with C-Suite regarding Workplace initiatives
- Having driven pipeline creation and demonstrated a strong impact on accelerated growth within the business
- Selling in an overlay model where you are responsible for enabling all key selling activity to close opportunities
- Drive Enablement and Training with Sales teams around GTM solutions and campaigns
- Working with Sales Leaders and Representatives to identify key target accounts
- Creating new growth strategies within target accounts
- Building presentations & value-based pricing documents for clients
- Collaborating with solution architects, sales operations, contracts & finance, delivery and other Converge practice peers
- Driving brand awareness to become the preferred partner in the territory
- Identify new sales plays or solutions that creates a unique value proposition over competitors
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of selling services
- Familiarity with Microsoft, Cisco, and 3rd party licensing models
- Must have experience in building MRR (monthly reoccurring revenue) book of business
- Track record for closing complex deals with long sales cycles
- Consistently achieving defined financial targets
- Managing pipeline & maintaining an accurate forecast
- Strong Problem-solving skills with the ability to find solutions while working independently
- Independent thinker that can collaborate and be coached
- Understand technical and business requirements of clients and collaborate with the Digital Workplace team to create presentations, POCs/POV and proposals.
- Some travel may be required
