Department Overview Envysion, a Motorola Solutions company, is a leading provider of enterprise video security and business analytics solutions for the quickservice restaurant and retail industries. Envysions cloudbased solution integrates video systems with sales data to proactively identify potentially fraudulent transactions and optimize operations without the need to monitor hours of video footage. Our Finance department is seeking a Subscription Management Specialist to join our growing organization.
Job Description
This role is remote and can sit anywhere across the US, but this team will work on MT time frames.

This position will be primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data being captured in Salesforce and Zuora prior to OrderData Entry processing by working closely with CSMs, Finance, and Project Team Leads, as well as managing all Sales Operations Requests, such as Renewals, Change Orders, and Bulk Order breakouts. Also assigned to this position will be Key Customer Order and Data Entry tasks related to Sales Operations. Attention to detail, following established workflows, documenting new action items, and collaborating with others to best serve our customers internally and externally, are all requirements of this role.

Audit customer orders for any conflicts, omissions, or discrepancies and resolve appropriately by working with Sales, Customer Success team, and Finance prior to entry into our database

Work with Customer Success Managers, Finance, and Project Team Leads to ensure accurate data gathering for new customer set up in business systems to ensure alignment of accounts, sites, subscriptions, and billing

Work with Customer Success Managers and Finance to support dataorder entry requirements related to managing existing customer accounts. This could include updating spreadsheets in Google docs or Smartsheet, for example

Data entry support to help maintain accuracy of sales data in Salesforce.com CRM and Zuora billing systems as necessary

Assist OrderData Entry team in processing bulk orders, Renewals, Change Orders, and other Sales Administration tasks as needed

Qualifications

Organized with proven ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines

Analytical, quick learner, with high attention to detail and problemsolving skills

Professionalism and confidentiality

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively including the ability to provide excellent customer service with a professional demeanor in all situations

Experience with accounting software systems Sage, Salesforce, and Zuora is a plus

Proficient in using Excel or similar software
