Good Deeds Cleaning is a leading cleaning company in San Antonio, TX, providing top-notch residential and commercial cleaning services. We are looking for reputable and experienced cleaning companies to join our partner list and work with us on various janitorial, maintenance, and home improvement projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality cleaning services to our clients in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing Good Deeds Cleaning
- Communicate effectively with our team and clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a licensed and insured cleaning company in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the cleaning industry
- Ability to provide references from previous clients
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Must have reliable transportation and cleaning equipment
- EIN number (Employer Identification Number)
- Registered business name or license with the state
- National background check on all employees provided by the subcontractor
- Own equipment and supplies provided by the subcontractor
- General and safety training for employees, or ability to obtain it through thejanitorialstore.com
- Availability to accept jobs
- Service area coverage maintained by the subcontractor
- List of services provided by the subcontractor
Insurance Requirements:
- Workers' Compensation Insurance (required in most states)
- General Liability Insurance (covers bodily injury, property damage, or personal injury)
- Bonding Insurance (protects clients from employee theft, fraud, or dishonesty)
Nice-to-Have Insurance:
- Commercial Auto Insurance (if company vehicles are used for cleaning services)
- Umbrella Insurance (provides additional liability coverage beyond general liability insurance limits)
- Property Insurance (protects business property from damages caused by fire, theft, or other covered perils)
