Primary Duties:
- Assisting the Esports Coordinator with day to day activities associated with forming and running the Esports program.
- Social Media Monitoring and Posting
- Monitoring of the arena during practice and play times

1. Meet with the Financial Aid office to determine if you are eligible for work-study. If you are eligible, you will be awarded an annual work study agreement.

5. If offered the position, Human Resources will send an email link to fill out a Disclosure & Release of Information Authorization. Human Resources will run a background check and notify you once results have come back.
6. Set up a meeting with Craig Heinen in HR at cheinen@dunwoody.edu. Once a meeting is scheduled you must bring the following identification along to this meeting: a passport OR a driver’s license and a social security card OR a driver’s license and an original birth certificate to demonstrate you are eligible to work in the United States. If you want to set up Direct Deposit, please also bring a voided check.
7. You will receive an email from HR upon completion of the new hire paperwork process indicating clearance to begin working.
