Shannondale has openings in their next “Learn As You Earn Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Program”. This program is available to train CNA’s. Yes, you will earn a paycheck while receiving on-site, full-time training! All materials, books, equipment and cost of State testing for YOUR certification, is also included.

To be accepted in the program:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Pass criminal background check and drug screen
Ability to provide superior customer service, enjoy helping others while being a team player
Must have strong communication skills
Prior healthcare field experience is a plus
If accepted:
You will become an employee of Shannondale!
Attend the six-week training course from 7am-3pm Monday-Friday
Experience a full benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, sick days, holiday pay and vacation time to name a few. More details will be provided.
After fully certified:
Receive $2,000.00 OR $1,000.00 Signing Bonus!
Enjoy a full-time schedule, with every other weekend off
