At Corazon, we help people feel their best! We are a unique collection of 5 health and wellness clinics serving the greater NW area. Our business is thriving, and we are adding a new Stretch Therapist to our team.

Apply your skills as a Stretch Therapist with flexible hours (part-time to full-time) at our clinic in Federal Way.

What You'll Do

Stretch Therapists interact with clients during a customized session that involves active and resistance stretching. Sessions are 30 to 60 minutes long and involve a complimentary follow up plan.

Qualifications & Requirements

• One of these Personal Training Certificates or Licenses is required:
  • NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, and AFPA or
  • Massage Therapy License, or Physical Therapy Assistant License
• Prior experience with guiding clients through hands-on passive, active and resistance stretching is a plus
• Must be highly professional, organized, ethical and self-motivated
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, make sound and timely decisions, and be accountable for actions and results
• Adaptable, flexible, and willing to perform all tasks as required
• Ability to translate customer feedback and personal insight into meaningful and actionable clinic improvements
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Strive to continually improve stretch therapy skill set and healthcare knowledge through education and training
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and integrity, with a relentless commitment to customers

What We Offer

The Company pays a base commission hourly rate for hours spent providing services to customers, plus customer tips. The base commission hourly rate range is $22.00 to $30.00 based on skills, experience, schedule availability, and company culture alignment. The average, but not guaranteed, tip range is $15.00 to $20.00 resulting in average total hourly compensation of $37.00 to $50.00. Hiring at the maximum of the commission wage range is not typical to allow for future and continued compensation growth.
