- -Collaborate with company leaders in setting and driving strategic vision
- -Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, analysis, and performance management
- -Maintain and grow our business and brands on an ongoing and project basis
- -Lead and direct large and complex projects to accomplish main business objectives
- Solve unique as well as complicated problems having broad impact on business
- Manage, train, and develop strategy team members
- -Prepare strategic frameworks, financial analysis and storylines to guide strategic management discussions
- -Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and project follow-through
- Willing and able to work on projects as well as direct them
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
- 5+ years experience in leadership positions
- Leadership and management skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Understanding of advanced business planning
- A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
- Able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
