Position Summary:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about Great Place to Work® and our diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) mission, who has experience creating high-quality customer deliverables in a very face-paced and highly agile environment, and who has a track record of building and sustaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels. This person will be a crucial member of the team, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering key deliverables for Great Place to Work’s most complex and influential accounts.
The goal of this position is to support the success of The Great Transformation research project by owning or contributing to the design, development, and execution of short- and medium-term projects and activities that contribute to the success of priority workstreams and key milestones of The Great Transformation research project.
The ideal candidate has a background in Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, and/or DEIB in the workplace and has a strong track record of anticipating current and future needs, working with minimal direction in an unstructured and ever-evolving environment, and has a high comfort level toggling between the roles of leader, follower, and doer without ego. This person will work on The Great Transformation (TGT) core team as part of the Global Strategic Accounts business unit and will report to the Senior Strategic Advisor. As with all team members, this person will role model our Great Place to Work values and will develop and thrive around the “10 Ways to Build your Success” at Great Place to Work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own specific activities and deliverables as work plan and customer needs determine
- Write and edit reports, including making recommendations for change
- Facilitate focus groups and discovery sessions and write reports capturing results and recommendations
- Capture notes from key meetings - identifying and reporting on key quotes, trends, and themes
- Participate in roundtables and learning events as needed, including contributing to design, crafting customer communications, and ensuring a seamless customer experience, which may include technical support as needed
- Support colleagues in meeting project timelines and deliverables
- Anticipate current and future customer needs and provide insights and recommendations that support colleagues to best advise customers
- Review customer deliverables to ensure high quality and consistency with Great Place to Work® Methodologies, tone, and style and in alignment with bespoke customer requirements
- Ensure presentations and reports are polished, professional, and adhere to Brand Standards and Intellectual Property Guidelines
- Facilitate after-action reviews to debrief what worked and what needs to improve to provide greater value; document and share all information gathered

- Demonstrated teamwork and client-management skills; must be a team player who can effectively toggle between leader and follower, between owner and contributor, and between mainstage and backstage
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail is a must; strong proofreading skills are a plus
- High level of self-initiative, excellent follow-through, and problem-solving skills
- Articulate, clear and genuine communication style, excellent listening skills
- Potential to develop into a strong facilitator and public speaker
- Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and responsible mindset
- Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple and sometimes competing tasks
- Desire and willingness to test and learn with a growth mindset
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience, 5-7 years of experience preferred

- Proactively identifying when our approach might need to evolve to meet the unique needs of a particular customer
