Job description
Immediate opening for a center associate at The UPS Store in Mint Hill (not a UPS driver position). Eligible candidate should be able to quickly assess customer needs, multi task projects and be a self-starter. Pay is determined based off applicable experience and skill set.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Open and close store independently
- Cash handling and cash management
- Assist/Meet customer needs and process transactions
- Asses customer shipping needs and select appropriate box and packaging materials to box/pack items
- Process UPS/USPS Shipments
- Assist customers with making copies/printing needs
- Computer skills needed
- Ability to lift 50+ Pounds
- Accept mail for mailbox customers and distribute
- Maintain cleanliness and visual appearance of store
- Perform all aspects of print services
- Provide both technical and design assistance to customers for all of their printing needs (training provided as needed).
Our Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:30-7
Saturday 9-3
Sunday 10-3
The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality and a strong desire to work with people. Retail customer service experience, graphic design or print production experience is a plus. North Carolina Notary public is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
