Job Description

The Barn Door is growing, and we are excited to expand and add to our amazing staff.

The Store Associate ensures our customers are served at the highest level of customer service and experience. Customer service is our number one priority. The Store associate is also responsible for completing daily tasks, assisting other staff members, and assisting Management.

Job Duties & Responsibilities (But not limited to)

  • Customer service and interaction.
  • Opening and closing of The Barn Door
  • Counting and balancing a cash register
  • Inventory management-receiving, pricing, and entering products.
  • Upkeeping a clean and organized work area.
  • Interior and exterior routine cleaning, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, etc.
  • Product knowledge

Required Qualifications (if any):

  • Must be a Team Player
  • Must be willing to learn new skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able take on tasks & take initiative

  • Rotating weekends
  • Weekend availability
