As a leading national provider of logistics services, Need It Now Delivers is looking for experienced and reliable route drivers to join our growing team in Rockville, MD.
This is a physical, fast-paced, outdoor position that involves continual lifting, lowering and carrying packages that typically weigh 25 - 50 lbs. and may weigh up to 70 lbs. Delivery Drivers must have excellent customer contact and driving skills. Some facilities may require the ability to drive a cargo van, or step vans.
Qualified candidates will drive a standard cargo van on routes for approximately 10 hours per day 4 days a week.
Job Requirements:
- At least one year of verifiable experience as a delivery driver
- Must be available to work a Saturday and/or Sunday per week
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet and walk for 10 hours a day.
- A current and valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to the warehouse location
- A valid email address and reliable cellular phone
- A clean driving record and criminal record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
