Here are the details:

Our Staffing Specialists are truly the heart and soul of our company. This position focuses on building relationships between our healthcare facilities and healthcare professionals, ensuring shifts are filled and resident care is met. If you have a passion for providing amazing customer service while frequently socializing between phone calls, text messages, and emails, this may be your dream match.

• Location(s): Our corporate office is located in Milford, Iowa. We work and live where others vacation! If a qulified candidates lives 60 miles or more from our office, this may also be a work from home position.
• Schedule: As a Staffing Specialist, you can expect to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with occasional nights and weekends as business needs arise.
• Wage: This hourly position starts at $17 per hour. Wages are received weekly, with the option to earn it sooner with Instant Pay!
• Total compensation view: Medical Insurance: premium as low as $10.07 per week, Basic Life Insurance: $50,000, 401k: up to 4% employer match, and bonuses/incentives: numerous opportunities = estimated total compensation package of $22.75 per hour

A day in the life of a Staffing Specialist:

• Support to our healthcare professionals:
• On a daily basis, you will work with our healthcare professionals to motivate them in finding and booking into shift opportunities at facilities with staffing shortages.
• You will train our healthcare professionals on how to best manage their online schedule.
• You will provide above and beyond positive energy while frequently interacting with our healthcare professionals via phone calls, text messages, and email.
• Our healthcare professionals put their trust in you, so you will mentor them through any issues or complaints they bring forward.

Support to our healthcare facilities:

• Determination is the name of the game! You will coordinate schedules and fill staffing needs for primarily long-term care facilities to ensure they are fully staffed.
• You will train our facilities on how to best manage their online portal.
• You will serve as the go-to individual for our facilities, upselling and educating them on GrapeTree procedures and our staffing solutions.
• You will provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships, always.

Here’s what we would need from you to be successful in this role:

• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
• A high level of confidentiality
• To be detail-orientated
• Organization, computer, and communication skills
• Ability to type at least 30 WPM
• The ability to be in 100% attendance during the entire 4-week new hire orientation and training
