In this position, you will focus on creating and maintaining relationships with hiring managers at local businesses and organizations. Reach out proactively and become the go-to person in your city when someone needs to hire.

If a client (hiring manager) is seeking a new employee, you will find out exactly what they need and collaborate with the recruiters in your office to match them with the best possible candidates. Work closely with your team - you bring in open job opportunities that we can fill, while they source and qualify candidates (job-seekers). We require in-person training so that you can learn from one another and establish a strong bond.


Day-to-Day Tasks and Skills Required:


  • Your time will be spent primarily on the phone and in video meetings. Must be a clear communicator.
  • Learn about the job market in your area, prospect for potential businesses partners. Connect, ask questions! Find out about each client’s company, hiring needs and open positions. Must love learning.
  • Explain our specialty recruiting services, provide solutions for each unique situation. Sell yourself, your team, our top-tier candidates, and CFS! Consult and recommend professionals for hire. Must be intuitive!
  • Track your calls, take notes in your conversations, import data into spreadsheets and databases. Must be detail oriented.
  • Manage your own schedule and tackle any issues that arise. Must be quick at problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with your co-workers and clients to find win-win-win solutions. Close deals and get people hired! Must be a strong negotiator.
  • Network, perform market research, share helpful industry insight, represent CFS in all matters. Must be confident.
  • Manage all facets of the sales process, from initial prospecting to client retention. You will have full ownership over your accounts throughout your tenure at CFS. Must be self-motivated.

  • Compensation: base salary + tiered, uncapped commission + free company stock (equity in CFS as an employee-owner)
