As a key member of the Trexin Staffing and Operations Team the Staffing Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the Staffing Manager and Financial Manager.

The Staffing Operations Analyst will report to the Financial Manager. This role will require extensive connections and interactions (both written and verbal) with Trexin personnel and contractors. The coordination with Recruiting, Business Operations, Consultants, Clients, and Vendors will require excellence in teamwork and communication. This position is primarily a home-based work location.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Develop staffing, recruiting, financial and contracts analytics
  • Develop and analyze invoicing processes and analytics
  • Develop and analyze margin analytics and actions
  • Provide recommended actions to balance demand and supply for staffing forecast
  • Coordinate resourcing and forecasting with account managers, recruiting managers, and staffing coordinators
  • Develop financial performance analytics with the financial manager focused on projects, actions, and improvements
  • Manage and coordinate elements of a Program Management Office for projects – finance, contracting, resourcing, scheduling/forecasting, and performance measurement

Key Desired Skills, Experience and Knowledge:

  • Two plus years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to organize/prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Sharp, critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively within team as well as independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree
