- Ensure clients receive all approved service hours by locating and scheduling PCAs and/or Special Attendants; and assisting with scheduling and completing PCA hires as needed.
- Verify and enter PCA’s worked hours in the appropriate timekeeping system regularly to ensure their worked hours are entered and verified by Payroll cut off.
About You:

- Ensure clients receive all approved service hours by locating and scheduling PCAs and/or Special Attendants; and assisting with scheduling and completing PCA hires as needed.
- Complete necessary correspondence including Service Interruption, Suspensions and Service Delivery issues.
