Elite Home Care is a non-medical home care company specializing in helping seniors to remain independent in their homes. We also have Adult Day Centers and Transporation . Come join our fast growing company as we provide quality care to seniors and adults! We currently provide services in the Upstate and have expanded to the Coast.
General Description: The Staffing Coordinator is resposible for all communication with our clients. The Staffing Coordinator is someone with good communication skills with a passion for excellent customer service. They will assist with scheduling caregivers with clients, matching up needs and availability appropriately. The Staffing Coordinator will communicate which caregivers are assigned to the client's schedule. He or she will make routine check in calls to assure the client is happy with the service, their schedule and their hours. They will also with any administrative tasks as assigned.
Education/Experience requirements:
- Experience preferred in clinically working with other adults in either acute or residential/long term care settings.
- Experience preferred in clinically working with older adults with memory concerns such as Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Diagnoses.
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Monday-Friday 8a-5p
- On call Rotation every 4th week
