Spherion is hiring a new position to be a part of the recruiting team!The Staffing Consultant embodies the Spherion mission, vision and core values. This position is heavily reliant on building and fostering strong working relationships, and our ideal candidate possesses superb interpersonal skills coupled with prior sales and relationship management experience. YOU will be a part of a recruiting team with the support of recruiting coordinators for team success! This is a fast paced office that requires strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Staffing Consultant Duties and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for creating, posting, and managing open orders for identifying available candidates for various roles, recruiting candidates and scheduling interviews to hire contract/temporary employees in the manufacturing and logistics space. You will engage with employees, and have daily contact with our customers in managing the open orders on your desk.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Skills:
Essential Duties
Customer Service experience preferably in a B2B environment.
Experience with hiring the best fit for your team or others.
Goal driven with a high level of conviction in seeing the job through.
Tech savvy and detail oriented in completing tasks.
College degree is preferable but demonstrated work history in successful customer experiences can be used as an alternative.
Build and maintain a strong customer relationship by becoming a strategic partner through leading initiatives that exceed the customer?s expectations.
Identify, recruit, interview a high number of candidates every week.
Full-cycle recruiting.
Handle customer and employee service inquiries, concerns and issues. Written and verbal communication and strong emotional IQ is needed for the success of this job!
Consistent execution of recruiting plan to ensure the right quantity and quality of talent.
Screen and select candidates according to client-specific job profiles and workforce forecasts
Manage multiple projects in addition to day to day responsibilities.
Serve as a liaison between the customer and our employees, and investigate and document any matters that require intervention.
Recruit where needed and place candidates focusing on show rates and retention.
Conduct onboarding for internal and client need

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience:
3 or more years of business experience in a client-oriented role
2 or more years in high volume recruiting or staffing
Manufacturing and Logistics recruiting experience is a PLUS
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Experience multi-tasking and effectively prioritizing workload
Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization from the Front Desk Receptionist to C-Suite Leadership
Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in timely manner
Ability to identify customer's needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations
Proficiency using Google mail, calendar, and shared drives
