Job description
Responsibilities:
- Maintains financial records and ensures that financial transactions are properly recorded.
- Ensures the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger.
- Prepares complex balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports.
- Analyzes current costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.
- Accounts Payable/GL Processing & Paper Check & EFT payments
- Accounts Receivables/ GL Processing & Cash Receipts & Invoicing
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Bank Reconciliation
- GL Month End Closing and reporting and reconciliations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, or a related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Month End Close experience
- QuickBooks online experience required
- Reconciling experience
- Other GL experience
- Financial analysis experience
- Reconciling experience
