Duties & Responsibilities:
- General accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, timesheets, and credit card reconciliations
- Preparation and filing of Monthly / Quarterly Payroll taxes
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Preparing and consolidating financial statements
- Managing the general ledger
- Serving as a liaison to external auditors
- Additional ad-hoc responsibilities
Skills & Qualifications:
- Accounting degree required
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, independently or with a team
- Meticulous, highly detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
