Job Title: Staff Accountant
Company: Orkin Pest Control/Sawyer, Inc.

Responsibilities:
- Print & Email Invoices
Enter & pay bills through QuickBooks
- Accounts Payable and Receivable/Collection
- Cash Receipts/Check and CC Deposits
- Data entry
- Data Analysis
- Assist in processing payroll
- Month end reconciliation, processing and reporting
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in accounting and finance
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- BS or higher Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Qualified candidates must pass a background check and drug screening
