Medical Management Resources, Inc., a provider of medical billing services has been servicing the healthcare industry for over 35 years! We are a proud employer of the finest individuals in the business of medicine and we are recruiting a full-time Staff Accountant to work in our Finance Department. This position is responsible for client invoicing, payroll processing, AP, AR, general ledger maintenance and contract management.

The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of GAAP and payroll law; elementary knowledge of human resource management practices and principles; the ability to handle confidential information and maintain confidences; the ability to analyze data relating to payroll, AP, AR and client and vendor contracts; and the ability to plan and prioritize work.

Candidates must have strong computer skills and attention to detail, excellent communication & organization skills! Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred.

Education & Experience: Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of Accounting work/related work experience.

This position may be performed on-site full time or offers a combination of both in the office and remote work at home.
