Responsibilities:

• Strong working knowledge of high-level design standards within the aerospace or similar industries.
• Will design complex electronic systems and subsystems.
• Responsible for the support of system development, as well as leadership support, collaboration, and process improvement.
• Solid knowledge of engineering quality systems to perform design implementation, engineering changes, and configuration management.
• Lead system and subsystem technical scope definition including System Design, Implementation, Validation and Verification, and Risk Management.
• System/sub-system interface with management, including the defining of key interfaces between systems/components, and resolving conflicts/challenges as needed.
• Work with customers and across the organization, to define the architecture, plan the implementation, and execute within cost and schedule expectations.
• Technical analysis will include researching trade studies, modeling and simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Ability to utilize best industry practice design principles and processes.

• 6+ years of high reliability aerospace product experience (or similar applications).
• Proficient with engineering of design tools and methodologies, such as DOORS, Agile framework, etc.
• BS Degree in Electrical Engineering (or a similar discipline).
• MS Degree in Electrical Engineering (or a similar discipline) is a plus.

Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 salary, plus bonus and excellent benefits and career growth opportunities
