This person will focus on engaging with LiftMaster Channel Partners and their technicians to understand the benefits of connectivity through myQ Programs to increase participation and gain adoption.

Candidates must be based in the Midwest region of the United States. This is a remote role and will require the ability to travel within the Midwest region up to 65% of the time to customer sites by both air and ground transportation.
You will:

Conduct visits with targeted LiftMaster channel partners and work collaboratively with the field sales team to engage and educate these targeted channel partners on CG’s Connected Products and myQ Programs (myQ Rewards and myQ Diagnostics)

Execute training opportunities with targeted LiftMaster channel partners to get buy-in, gain adoption, increase engagement, and connectivity rates through myQ programs

Act as a conduit back to the Channel Operations team, Channel Marketing team, Sales Team, Delivery team as well as other CG business units bring helpful insights from the field to help with continued progress of myQ Programs

Drive Channel Partners success measurements related to myQ Connections, Digital Sticker creation, and Amazon Key connections

Act as CG's field expert on myQ Programs (myQ Rewards and myQ Diagnostics); by executing the established training cadence with targeted dealers, and properly training all specified touch points (Dealer Owner, Front Office Staff, and Technicians)

Conduct detailed analysis of LiftMaster Channel Partner's current skills, processes, knowledge, and willingness to participate in myQ programs. Determine best path to development and adoption

Lead efforts to gather data to measure the effectiveness of developed Dealer Owner and Technician training materials, and efficiencies of myQ Programs enrollment and registration process
You have:

Ability to travel within North America 50 - 70% of the time by both air and ground transportation

Bachelor's Degree (ideally Sales, Marketing or related field)

4+ years of Technical Training and Field Sales experience

Strong understanding of Sales life cycles and the impact of effective Sales Enablement on those life cycles; ability to effectively assess and overcome customer concerns and create a win-win outcome; strong results orientation with a proven track record of flawless execution and attention to detail.

Territory or Regional Management of multiple customers/accounts

Experience with Connected Products is a plus

Service experience a plus
