Job description
As a Business Solutions Lead Consultant, you will provide core finance and SAP subject matter expertise to formulate solutions in the areas of Financial Accounting, Costing, Mergers and Acquisitions, Global Roll outs, Integration of Finance and Supply Chain, Banking solutions, and eCommerce.
- Implement projects related SAP FICO integration with Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP), Asset Module (AA), New general ledger (GL), Assets, Banking, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing and Profitability Analysis.
- Responsible for tax integration with SAP, setting up tax codes and integration points of tax within Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.
- Drive business process re-engineering and develop solutions for SAP Finance and controlling.
- Work with third party systems for outbound and inbound interfaces, Interchange Document (IDOC) configuration, Concur Travel and Expenses system.
- Work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities.
- Collaborate with peers and customers to formulate and define system scope and objectives and regularly provide guidance and training to junior analysts/programmers.
- Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering system capacity and limitations, operation time, and form of desired results.
- Work closely with both IT professionals and business users to design and implement the integrated systems solutions to technical and business problems at both tactical and operational levels.
- Responsible for feasibility studies, project charters and statement of work, implementation, communication, testing, change management, and training strategies.
- Research, debug, and analyze problems.
- Plan and model solutions and present software/systems solutions while collaborating with and guiding other Business Solutions Architects.
- Modify, maintain, and update complex ERP configuration and program routines.
- Work closely with suppliers and customers to ensure both business and technical requirements are fulfilled in a quality manner and technical resources are accurately estimated and appropriately utilized.
- Collaborate with Business Applications team, IT Infrastructure Engineering, Database Administrators, Platform Services team, Basis Administrators, and Service Operations team.
- Educate peers in workflow, business processes, and reporting metrics enabled by ERP modules or other application systems.
- Manage project plan, scope, risk, and resources. Participate as needed in IT financial management activities including annual budgeting cycle, project estimating, capital approval process, project budget oversight, and resource time tracking.

Qualifications:WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience implementing projects related SAP FICO integration with SD, MM, and PP, and AA
- Experience working with third party systems for outbound and inbound interfaces, IDOC configuration, Concur Travel and Expenses system
- Experience with tax integration with SAP, setting up tax codes and integration points of tax within Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes
- Previous experience as an IT Architect on programs
- Experience with key architecture frameworks, patterns and methods
- Proven track record of building technical and business relationships with senior executives and growing share in large or highly strategic accounts
- Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through
- Problem-solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, where and when needed, to do what’s right for the customer and for the organization (i.e. think through workarounds, evaluate risk of various deployment options, etc.).
- Strong consulting leading and mentoring skills along with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead projects with an end-to-end view into planning, organization and execution
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Excellent analytical and technical skills
- High level of motivation, self-starter, excellent at follow-up, team-player with ability to deliver within defined timelines, work under limited supervision and oversight
