A Saddle Brook, NJ based client of ours in the Commercial Real Estate sector is currently seeking a Property Accountant to join their group on a contract to full-time basis. The Property Accountant will be responsible for handling accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties located in the tri-state area. Daily activities will include preparing variance analysis, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and supporting budgeting/forecasting activities. The ideal Property Accountant must have a minimum of one year recent experience within the Commercial Real Estate sector or a blend of experience in public accounting.
