Deserve’s platform consists of a number of products and service modules working together. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for one or more of the products or service modules, with full ownership over product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and together with design/engineering on delivery and product performance. You will work closely with product marketing and BD to enable marketing and sales initiatives, and with programs to prioritize client requests.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with prospects and clients to develop insights on key customer needs
- Developing and communicating a product strategy and roadmap, in context of overall product and business priorities
- Developing and managing a team of product managers, to work well with our agile product development philosophy, and driving the quality of outcomes for the team
- Ensure close collaboration with all business stakeholders on strategy and prioritization
- Work closely with engineering, data and design counterparts to drive daily/weekly prioritization, common understanding of feature requirements and context, and in problem solving around the best user/business outcomes
- Enable effective presentation of product value proposition and features, working with product marketing and business development
- Identify key outcomes for product, KPIs to measure them, and actively monitor and improve outcomes
- Source, develop, prioritize and active backlog for product features, bug fixes and client customization requests
What you will bring to the role:
- Experience having shipped products/features in a fintech or related environment
- Ability to identity and map business needs to prioritized initiatives
- Outstanding problem solving ability, including enabling problem solving by cross functional teams
- Ownership mentality, to work cross functionally to deliver on product and outcomes, working across multiple functions
- An interest and ability to lead your own product team, but also lead across teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferably, a technical background gained through work or education
- Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S. based jobs.
