PURPOSE OF POSITION

In this role, you’ll contribute to achieving the overall business objectives of the US Commercial business through:

  • Continuous focus and implementation of your Antiseptic’s strategic plan
  • Lead direct reports that include marketers
  • Developing and implementing market penetration and tactical action plans
  • Achieving budgeted sales and profitability targets
  • Strengthen and optimize digital channels of communication to expand marketing footprint
  • Developing a robust understanding of customer needs and insights in each market segment
  • Working with key stakeholders in identifying portfolio opportunities (organic and/or inorganic)
  • Contributing to the overall Marketing Strategy of the US organization

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Coach and develop team of marketers
  • Develop market penetrating activities that add and enhance brand equity
  • Develop KPI’s for digital growth strategies for entire US Marketing team and lead the implementation
  • Hold overall accountability for the successful development of commercial strategies and plans to ensure an optimal balance of revenue, volume, margin and access across the portfolio and geographies.
  • Ensure allocated A&P budget is utilized effectively to maximize ROI
  • Foster relationships with key healthcare leaders within the wound care space
  • Monitor expenditures, compare sales projections with actual results, and initiate corrective actions to control budget variance
  • Develop marketing strategies in conjunction with key stakeholders that achieve business objectives
  • Implement, measure and ongoing assessment of sales and marketing plans and adjust accordingly when modification is required
  • Benchmark activities and tactics against competitors and recommend corrective action where appropriate
  • Analyze and communicate key performance indicators, along with market trends and relevant financial data.
  • Identify new product development and revenue generating opportunities in-conjunction with stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Successfully launch new products as defined and measured by key performance indicators
  • Grow sales and profits through expansion into new market segments while proactively taking into account competition, overall industry, and consumer trends
  • Partner and collaborate closely with cross-functional global and local counterparts
  • Distinguish self as a key member of the US Marketing Department by modelling core behaviors, participating in Marketing Department Management activities and striving for continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field ; MBA and/or Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (DipM) Preferred
  • 8-10 years of Marketing experience
  • Medical Device and Health Care Marketing experience (Min 5 years)
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Working experience in digital channels/marketing preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $150,098.76 - $181,250.00 per year
