In the role of
Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, working in Milwaukee you will be part of the Talent Management team. You will be responsible for all salaried recruitment across the Americas.
This position reports to
Vice President, Talent Management, has 9 direct reports and works closely with other leaders in the talent acquisition team, HR business partners and our DEI and compensation teams to ensure our recruitment strategy is meeting our company’s business and people objectives.
The Responsibilities:
- Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented individuals, empowering their development, growth and development
- Works closely with the VP of Talent Management develop and execute our talent acquisition strategy with a focus on attracting diverse talent
- Active advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion and the candidate experience; ensuring that our recruitment processes & systems are delivering an impact as expected
- Acts as a strategic business partner to the business, understanding and supporting the talent needs of the organization.
- Leads the Talent Acquisition process for all salaried recruitment across the Americas (US, Canada and LATAM) using data to understand overall performance and identify opportunities
- Ensures effective talent and pipeline strategy across leadership roles through the team, and is directly accountable for pipelining and recruitment at VP level
The Other Qualifications:

- You have a bachelor’s degree in a HR related field OR equivalent experience (4+ years)
- You have a background in business partnering and relationship / client management with a strong customer service focus
- You have experience or an in-depth understanding of the recruitment process and strategies
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
- You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
- You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
- You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
