Job Purpose and Reporting Structure
Under the direction of the VP of Sales Operations, support the goal of Pregis Films and the Plexion Brand to grow and support our film partners by meeting and exceeding their requirements and expectations. Additional efforts internally assisting in job planning, inventory management and accuracy of customer data and documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Leverage marketing material and product knowledge to develop and execute e-blasts and other unique Pregis brand touch-bases.
- Collect voice of customer or understanding product limitations to adjust product portfolio and/or marketing materials to address objections with best-in-class solutions.
- Quickly respond to inbound leads with high quality responses/quotes.
- Focus time on matching current product portfolio to customer segments.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure.
- Research and fully understand our product line and value proposition; utilize knowledge to match Pregis Films products to the unique needs of the customer.
- Listen attentively to consumer questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful to encourage product sale.
- Showcase the company’s strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organization unique.
- Participate in weekly meetings to build a pipeline, discuss benchmarks, as well as team goals for the upcoming week.
- Work with customer service and outside sales to ensure best in class prospecting.

Qualifications/Experience
Required
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting; experience with films products is a plus
- Proven track record of driving sales from emails and phone calls
- Experience in asking probing question to further understand the customer’s needs
- Strong interpersonal communication skills including superior listening skills
- Proven experience in using CRM tools
- Experience building or leading a team of Inside Sales professionals
- Outgoing self-starter who can work independently
- Ability to think quickly and solve problems
Preferred
- Experience in customer service, sales, and/or retention
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of C4C (SAP CRM)
