SUMMARY:

The Sr Graphic Designer is a member of the Brand Creative Team for Bell, Blackburn, Co-pilot, Fox, Giro, Krash and Raskullz in Irvine, CA. With a high-level aesthetic and expert technical skills this Sr Graphic Designer will bring concepts to execution with a specific point of view on each platform.

Responsibilities:

Working within our Brand Creative team you will have responsibility for collaborating on and designing creative assets of marketing including:

• Paid performance ads that live across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, display and affiliate.
• Product launch materials
• Retail and in-store executions
• Digital focus including emails, site assets, and landing pages
• Event branding and collateral
• Internal/external communication graphics
• Print advertisements
• Must stay current with culture and trends in order to put forth visual communications that are current and industry leading.
• Stay up-to-date on digital best practices for each platform.

• Expert proficiency in Adobe CS programs.
• Expert knowledge in graphic design, including typography, and layout
• Are understanding and adaptable with frequently changing deadlines and requests.
• You produce rapidly, with accurate beautiful, dynamic work.
• You follow and reinforce global brand guidelines
• Project-manage and prioritize own work and communicate delays or likely delivery times for creative work to team
• Possess strong interpersonal skills: you’re a positive team player with excellent communication skills and capacity to work well with a team and as an individual
• Will take part in Marketing team meetings and communicate requirements for design elements to the broader team
• Must be hard working, organized, and motivated.
• Have an interest in either the Moto, Cycling industry or passionate about a healthy and active lifestyle

Education & Experience:

• Experience working in creative environments, including either in-house or external agency experience required.
• Experience in both digital and print, with a strong understanding of branding, marketing, communications and advertising
• You must be able to deal with conflict, listen with empathy, review, and follow through to completion
