Deserve is hiring an Account Manager to work with our clients to support post implementation activities. This role will focus on growing current client programs and ensure they are supported. The successful candidate will have experience with credit products and programs and be an outstanding communicator.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for growing major partner accounts on the system; this includes analyzing the credit portfolio and partnering closely with the client to align on marketing efforts to grow the program.
- Work cross functionally to support the program after implementation, including ongoing support as well as enhancements to existing product features.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to create a roadmap for future release plans and gain buy-in from all stakeholders.
- Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews with partner.
- Maintain operational and communication cadence to hold partners accountable and ensure successful delivery of features and release plans.
- Build deep relationships with the partners and be the go to person for partners for platform enhancements or support issues.
- Effectively manage time and prioritize daily tasks based on client requirements.
- Actively manage and resolve any issues as relates to external partners, including banks, networks, processors and other vendors.
- Proactively mitigate risks and provide periodic status reports to executive management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of strong project/account management experience scaling large accounts.
- Experience managing and growing credit programs.
- Strong communicator and metrics oriented.
- You enjoy working with clients, and are comfortable liaising with executives at all levels.
- Experience with credit products is strongly preferred.
- High-growth startup experience is a strong plus.
- Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S. based jobs.
