This position works in collaboration with the Director of Safety and Security to maintain a high level of regulatory compliance throughout the clinic. Responsibilities include Environmental and Safety training, policy management, data management, facility safety audits; investigation of accidents / incidents, data management, facility safety audits; maintenance of the Hazardous communication program, regulatory waste program, respiratory protection program, life safety program, laser safety program, confined space program, and lock out tag out program. Developments and evaluates fire and disaster drills. Participates in disaster response activities. Environmental and safety department liaison for regulatory compliance keeping abreast of regulatory requirements i.e., OSHA, AAAHC, EPA, NFPA and other regulatory agencies.
