Job Summary
Papa John’s is seeking a NetSuite engineer to join our IDS team working 100% remote.
As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for all technical aspects of NetSuite including development, scripting, integration, and support for the Papa John’s international team.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business team to gather and document functional requirements- Create detailed technical design documents capturing workflow processes, use cases, and exception handling
- Estimate development effort for various projects
- Develop solutions including customization, scripting, and integrations that meet business requirements
- Deliver solutions on time and with quality
- Debugging & troubleshooting NetSuite customizations
- Build integrations between NetSuite and other third-party applications
- Research and advise on NetSuite configurations that meet business needs
- Support business users with production issues as needed
- Support NetSuite upgrades as needed
Education, Experience, Skills:
BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or similar technical field of study- 3+ years’ NetSuite development experience
- 6+ years’ development/engineering experience
- Hands-on experience in the SuiteCloud development environment
- Hands-on experience with SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteScripts
- Understanding and experience in all NetSuite modules
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Databases and SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
