Executive Director – Healthcare Analytics

Reports to: COO

Primary Responsibility:

The main responsibility is for the development, implementation, and further development of reporting within the Dynafios analytics platform. Works closely with the consulting team, and provides ad hoc and routine analyses to support client engagements as well as Dynafios sales function.

Analysis, Modeling and Data Usage (Proficiency: content knowledge, accuracy, analytic skills)

• Very proficient in Tableau and / or Power BI
• Understand the needs of the clients and develop analytics and visualizations to insight
• Assist all teams in understanding performance metrics and assisting in developing client analysis and metrics
• Develop interactive dashboards, reporting, and visualizations to provide insights and make recommendations.
• Design, develop, and implement complex reports and analytics.
• Use advanced data visualization techniques to provide a concise and compelling summary of analyses findings in reports and presentations.
• QA and validate new and existing visualizations and analytics for proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions.
• Build robust processes to ensure continuity and consistency.
• Perform proactive and ad hoc analyses ranging from identifying partner opportunities to evaluating success by assessing the contribution of other related functions that impact partnership performance.
• Establish standards and best practices for all visualizations to deliver a consistent experience.

4CAST Product Development Support (Proficiency: product knowledge, analytical thinking, deadline management)

• Works with Product Manager to define specifications for 4Cast product development
• Builds visualizations to meet the specifications
• Work with the IT team to ensure data structure is appropriate to the product
• Maintains knowledge of current capabilities of visualization tools; participates in continuing education

Business Development Support (Proficiency: standardization, creativity, communication)

• Create Dynafios standards and best practice analysis.
• Assist with the analytics required for blog posts, white papers, and presentations.
• Recommend new analytic tools that can be implemented within the client base or attract new clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance or management or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3 years of SQL server experience; ability to write SQL queries
• Tableau experience of at least 2 years
• Biomedical Informatics experience
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities with a high level of attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication skills with clients and internal office staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
