Insight Global is actively hiring a Sr. Desktop Engineer (L3) in Oceanport NJ!
Our team is partnering with one of the largest hospital networks in New Jersey to identify a skilled Sr. Desktop Engineer. Qualified candidates will have experience Customizing Desktops, doing Patch Deployment, and having knowledge of Scripting & solid knowledge of Hardware. Kace experience is a plus, but amazing if you have it!

Must Haves
- 5-7 Years Desktop Support & Engineering Experience
- Managerial / Team Lead Experience
- Extensive knowledge of unified endpoint management, e.g., Kace LANDesk, SCCM, including implementation, maintenance, and administration
- Strong skills in software deployment, patch management, and incident response
- Experience and comfort with training IT staff members
- Ability to lead a team and projects
- Excellent written, verbal, & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of ITSM tools, e.g., Service Now/Remedy
Plusses

Day to Day
Insight Global's Healthcare Client is seeking a Windows Desktop Engineer in their Ocean County corporate office. The primary purpose of the role is to maintain and support the enterprise desktop architecture. Responsibilities will include maintaining workstation images, packaging, and patch management. This role will define and improve the enterprise endpoint architecture. The position is expected to manage endpoints in a hybrid environment consisting of thin clients with virtualized desktops, physical PC workstations, and end user mobility.
The role is WFH Mon & Fridays.
