We are looking for a high-potential construction professional with a passion for continuous improvement and an interest in growing with Harmon. You provide leadership in developing, implementing, and sustaining Apogee Management System (AMS) to drive operational productivity, improve cross-functional collaboration, and support Harmon’s lean transformation journey. You will collaborate with field superintendents, operations managers, project managers and other leaders across the enterprise to deploy AMS in Harmon’s field operations. You drive operational excellence in the field by evaluating performance and collaboratively developing improved methods to reduce variation, remove constraints, and eliminate waste.
POSITION SUMMARY
Your top priority is to collaborate with field operations leaders to develop and implement Apogee Management System.

Partner within AMS team for program design to ensure field CI activities are aligned with high level organizational objectives and goals.

Lead AMS implementation in the field operations and installation/construction sites to maximize value, optimize inventory and improve productivity

Lead, Monitor, and Report out status of all AMS initiatives in job sites, field operations and project management activities. Collect and Analyze data to support business decisions Lead value stream analysis to maximize value and optimize inventory
EXPERIENCE
What you need to be successful

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering

5 years of experience in the construction industry

Experience working in lean operating environments

Knowledgeable on the fundamentals of construction methodology and management

Leadership experience in cross-functional teams
