The Warehousing Modernization team is building a strong team of analysts and integrators to modernize our legacy warehouse management system (WMS) that support our growing distribution network.
This position will play a key role in interfacing with enterprise teams to perform system analysis, requirements gathering, project leadership, and building relationships with 3rd party vendors and the business area. The ideal candidate will have project leadership experience, systems and data analytic experience identifying and solving business problems, and experience implementing solutions with 3rd party software vendors.
The most suitable hire for this position will be a candidate with full development life cycle experience supporting commercial off-the-shelf WMS software (e.g. Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Infor, Korber, SAP), project leadership experience implementing solutions, and systems and data analytic experience identifying and solving business problems. They exemplify servant leadership with the heart of teacher and the knowledge, expertise and motivation to drive results.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years business experience in systems analysis
- 5+ years of experience analyzing supply chain business problems and translating business requirements into technology solutions with functional knowledge of receiving, shipping, inventory and labor management
- 5+years business experience planning, organizing, and managing all activities associated with delivering solutions in a large-scale distributed environment
- 5+ years business experience working with enterprise database management system (e.g. SQL server, Oracle)
- 2+ years’ experience working with warehousing systems software packages (e.g. Manhattan, JDA, Infor, SAP, High Jump) and working with business and technical audiences
- Strong working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with the ability to work within the defined roles and responsibilities
- Experience in identifying and supporting process improvements
