Summary
Anaconda is seeking a talented Sr. Account Executive to join our rapidly-growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science and machine learning.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with various customer stakeholders to drive satisfaction, adoption, and renewals
- Drive new business opportunities by identifying and closing deals
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and pricing structure to better serve our customers
- Use Salesforce for scheduling, pipeline reporting, forecasting, and sales documentation
- Plan and forecast accounts to stay ahead of customer needs
- Manage calendars and meetings to ensure smooth and efficient communication with customers and colleagues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks, build customer relationships, and drive renewals and growth
- Act as a voice of the customer to influence product and solution capabilities positively
- Participate in remote strategic sessions and business reviews with customers to identify opportunities for greater value
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of market forces affecting customers and offer insights into how Anaconda can provide greater value
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Need:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrate a proficient understanding of software licensing agreements to help us serve our customers better
- Show solid skills in contract negotiation and liaising with procurement to ensure successful outcomes
- Exhibit a proficient understanding of multiple industries to better serve our customers
- Have experience with Enterprise IT and cloud solutions to provide customers with effective solutions
- Have a consistent track record of closing enterprise-level business to help us achieve our sales goals
- Use superior presentation skills to deliver compelling messages that resonate with customers
- Possess proficient SaaS experience to deliver effective solutions to our customers
