OVERVIEW OF JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Brand Culture: Embracing SQRL core values of Stewardship, Quality, Relationship and Loyalty
  while overseeing the entire operation.
• Revenue Growth: Strategically growing revenue through a strong community presence,
  building guest loyalty and implementing community level marketing as necessary.
• Operating Hours and Fuel Pricing: Providing fuel sales to the public 24 hours each day, 7 days a
  week, unless government or local ordinances limit hours. Monitoring and reporting local
  competitors’ fuel prices and implementing SQRL initiated fuel price changes.
• Team: Hiring, developing, training and managing all staff. Administering all team member
  compensation, development, performance management, training and total reward platforms.
• Financial Oversight: Overseeing cash handling, sales, costs, and inventory management
  maximizing the use of SQRL’s POS, Ellistar, PDI systems or other systems tracking transactions
  and/or inventory levels and ordering. Prepare monthly property specific financial statements.
• Safety: Overseeing properties safety for all guests and team members.
• Compliance: Complying with federal, state, local laws and ordinances and SQRL polices and
  processes, uphold supplier contract commitments, and ensuring all licenses and permits are in
  good standing.
