Speech Language Pathologist * Part-time in N/E, East or South Dallas
Job description
We are seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team in ONE of the following areas:
Forth Worth (HEB/N. Ft. Worth)
South Dallas
East Dallas
Lancaster/Forney
Richardson/Garland
Your Role:
- Complete Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine patient eligibility.
- Develop treatment plans according to evaluation results.
- Schedule and complete field visits in designated caseload territory
- Provide home program activities for patient and caregivers
- Schedule patient visits to meet plan of care
- Complete assigned patient visits according to plan of care and as required by agency.
- Adhere to agency timelines for successful completion of all paperwork as needed.
- Opportunity to supervise CF- and Assistant-Speech Language Pathologists
Compensation rate: Dependent upon experience
Qualifications:
- Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Current CPR Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Personal auto liability insurance issued in Texas
