Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty.
The territory for this position includes Butler, New Castle, Grove City and surrounding areas.
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology; or Communication Disorders, and within 1 year complete certificate of clinical competence and obtain a PA License as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence and two to four years related experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Maintains current PA License as a Speech Language Pathologist, including meeting continuing education requirements.
