Currently hiring for our 6-8th grade team.
Intervention Specialist Responsibilities include:
- Plan room arrangement and learning centers
- Plan and organize the structure of each class/activity being taught
- Assess individual students and class needs as a whole
- Write designated sections of the ETR and IEP for assigned students
- Implement services consistent with the individualized education plan and/or annual goals identified for a student(s), including behavior plans
- Document and collect data, as needed, for all goals, objectives and behavioral plans.
- Evaluate and report student progress.
- Develop and implement a communication system with families, which effectively keep parents aware of classroom activities and student progress.
- Meet with parents, as needed and initiate conferences with parents concerning student progress.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $39,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
