GCC is currently looking to find a Special and Tactical Operations Leader to support their client located in Lexington Park MD. Work will be done via Government Site, Contractor Site and or Telework as advised by client. This is for a pending proposal qualified applicants must have an Active Secret Clearance.

Description Responsibilities:

Applies knowledge from experience as a fixed-wing or rotary wing military aircrew or equivalent civilian experience towards the research and development of Battlespace modeling and simulations. Duties include the development and refinement of system requirements, system development support, system operation support, test and evaluation of developed systems, scenario development, user training, and flight/ground test event support. Acts as a team leader, developing procedures, managing project efforts and taking the lead in problem resolution.

Qualifications:

• Has at least 8 years of experience performing work related to the labor category functional description.
• BS/BA degree and Business field Required. No substitution allowed.

Compensation and Benefits

This position is covered under the Service contract act and the wage is 47.90 an hr.

Health and Welfare benefit as well as vacation time will follow in accordance with the service contract act.
