The Opportunity:

The new Four Seasons Hotel Nashville seeks a Spa Therapist to join our talented pre-opening team! Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of the world's leading luxury hotel company!

An integral member of the Spa, the Spa Therapist position performs body treatments according to established Four Seasons protocols. This position ensures all guests' experience pure peace and relaxation. We are looking for individuals who have a solid knowledge of various treatment protocols and all candidates must have a current qualification and massage license, where applicable.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Set-up and maintain Spa including refreshments in pre-treatment and treatment areas.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with Spa services.
• Assist guests to their appointments as they relate to Spa services.
• Ensure an adequate supply of all guest supplies and amenities within the treatment room and lounges and ensure immaculate presentation of these items.
• Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked with linen and supplies at all times.
• Maintain clean work areas in Spa Dispensary and Staff Room.
• Appropriately utilize reservation systems, maintenance records, and Guest Experience database as vehicles of communication to ensure guest satisfaction with all services provided.
• Adhere to Four Seasons standards and massage and body treatment sequences of service.
• Properly prepare, operate, and clean/sanitize all equipment in the treatment rooms and Spa areas.
• Ensure compliance of daily, and opening/closing checklists by walking and ensuring all areas of treatment rooms are well maintained, stocked, and cleaned to ensure high quality presentation and repair of all equipment.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Massage license is current as per state law
• CPR, First Aid Certified preferred
• This position is physical by nature and requires candidates to meet all of the essential functions of this position
• Fluency in reading, writing and spoken English is required
