This Position is for a motivated, self driven individual whom will work with the team to ensure that the guests have the best possible experience.

WE are a 70 seat fully renovated restaurant located in Downtown Brandon VT.

This is a "scratch" kitchen, knife skills, "line" skills and communication with team members are a must.

Daily routines will include but not limited to, prep, setting up the line, continued stocking of the line and closing shift cleaning. Communication with managers for next day prep and tasks as well as working with purveyors on food purchases.

Communications with front of house staff on daily specials, guests needs etc.

Input on menu changes that occur 3 times per year, work with the team on specials daily & weekly.

This position is NOT limited to salary descriptions, we will work with the applicant on a structural advancement with in the company both financial as well as responsibilities.

We do quarterly reviews to continue the growth process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Cooking: 1 year (Preferred)
• Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
